Metal Film MELF Resistor is designed in a cylindrical shape and Metal Electrode Leadless Face, the dimensions are the same as SMD chip resistors as well as rated power from 0.16W to 0.5W, resistance range from 0.51 ohm to 10M ohm, it has superior reliability and stability since MELF package is better in heat dissipation than chip resistor, and stronger mechanical structure to endure vibration and thermal shock.
