Incorporated in June of 1969, Electronic Concepts has grown to be a recognized and respected name in the electronic component industry. In order to better provide service globally, our manufacturing facility in Galway, Ireland was established in 1982. A major factor in the growth and success of Electronic Concepts has been our leadership role in the area of new and emerging technologies and our ability to address the changing needs of the industry.Electronic Concepts, Inc. (ECI) engages in the design and manufacture of electronic components. The company provides prototype and custom manufacturing services, as well as various standard product lines ranging from small chip size capacitors to large building blocks. Its product lines include military specific, medical, photovoltaic and wind power, switching power supply, AC, and high power filter capacitors. The company offers a range of polypropylene, high current, medium power, and foil and metallized film dielectric capacitors; encapsulants; metalized polyester, polypropylene, polycarbonate, and polyphenylene sulfide film capacitors; and polypropylene and foil, and polystyrene film capacitors for use in high technology fields of avionics, medical electronics, general instrumentation, telecommunications, and electric and hybrid electric vehicles.
