SALES – ACCOUNT MANAGER

Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating additional sales with the existing customers and developing opportunities with customers nationwide.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Account Manager will establish relationships and engage with accounts to identify, manage and sell electronic components and supply chain solutions services.
  • Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling, emails etc.
  • Scheduling appointments and visiting existing and new customers.
  • Perform professional presentations and demonstrations of company products and services.
  • Providing crosses and alternative solutions to customers
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices
  • Always maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reports, and other documentation.
  • Attending trade shows and conferences.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of of sales experience in , Inside, outside, telesales and business development
  • Familiar with Electronic component field
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Santa Ana, California based Global distributor of Electronics Components has immediate opening for Outside Sales Representative. 

The Outside Sales representative is responsible for generating additional sales with the existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers. 

Major Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling appointments and visiting existing and new customers.
    • Perform professional presentations and demonstrations of company products and services while on-site.
    • Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessary.
    • Continuously updating customers on product changes and modifications.
    • Providing crosses and other solutions to customers’ problems, so as to achieve “Design- in” status.
    • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and discuss credit terms.
    • Provide leads to inside sales people and follow up.

Position: Semiconductor Sourcing Specialist

Objective of the job:
  • Trading integrated circuits in fast paced distribution environment
  • Maintaining existing and developing new relationships with suppliers
  • Place purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales support team to expedite and process all sales and purchasing paperwork.
  • Work with other Sourcing Specialists to maximize buy-side and sell-side trading opportunities
  • Act as a resource for the technical/market inquires from the Sales and Sourcing departments
  • Ensure total customer/supplier satisfaction
Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years successful experience in a sales support or customer service related role and trading of integrated circuits including Flash, DRAM, SRAM, Microcontrollers, etc.
  • Must have a sophisticated understanding of and remain current on market conditions including, but not limited to customer/vendor base and their availabilities and requirements, pricing and competitive alternatives.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Maintain expected purchasing activity requirements set forth by management
  • Successful track record in inside telephone sales
