Requirements:
(1) Bachelor’s degree of Electronic Engineering / Marketing or equivalent is a MUST.
(2)Knowledge of company product lines, active and passive electronic components distribution industry.
(3)2 to 5 years MINIMUM Priors Sales experience in selling electronic components to OEM and EMS factories (existing relationships is a MUST)
(4)good leadership, analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
(5)Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English
(6)Open minded & well-organized
(7)Aggressive & task oriented.

Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating additional sales with the existing customers and developing opportunities with customers nationwide.
Major Responsibilities:
- Account Manager will establish relationships and engage with accounts to identify, manage and sell electronic components and supply chain solutions services.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling, emails etc.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting existing and new customers.
- Perform professional presentations and demonstrations of company products and services.
- Providing crosses and alternative solutions to customers
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices
- Always maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reports, and other documentation.
- Attending trade shows and conferences.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of of sales experience in , Inside, outside, telesales and business development
- Familiar with Electronic component field
- Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Outstanding telephone sales skills.
- Ability to generate leads by prospecting and cold calling
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Knowledge of full range of Electronic Components, Active Components, Passive Components, and Electro-Mechanical parts. Power resistors — Wire Wound and current sense type.

(2) Build up strong connection with local and Asian franchise distributors
(3)Communicate with global suppliers effectively
(4) Monitor vendor just-in-time delivery
(5) Update supplier information timely and evaluate vendor performance
(6) Support sales team to provide quick service and achieve customer target price
Requirements:
(1) High school graduate, with recognized university background preferred;
(2) 2 Year + experience in buying and sourcing for electronics components from franchise or trading company.

(4) Strong sense of urgency & negotiation skill
(5) Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English

(7) Proficient with PC skills including MS Excel and MS Word
