Lite-On Power Solutions Distribution Agreement
IBS Electronics had entered into a Franchised Distribution agreement with Lite-On, aimed at enhancing its power supplies portfolio. This strategic collaboration enables IBS Electronics to expand its global power management solutions and incorporate environmentally-friendly semiconductor components specifically designed for communication, information, and consumer electronics products, including switching power supplies and system power supplies.
Established in 1990 and headquartered in Taiwan, Lite-On Semiconductor Corp. is a market leader in discrete power management. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of a series of semiconductor components to enhance power efficiency of switching power supply for household appliances, industrial, consumer electronics, communications and automotive related end applications. Lite-On has production sites in both Taiwan and China.
Through this distribution agreement, customers in the United States and across the globe will have access to Lite-On's energy-efficient power switching products. To further support customers, IBS Electronics maintains dedicated local teams of customer applications engineers who possess the necessary expertise to assist in technology advancement and accelerate design cycles.
