Susumu RGV High-Voltage Thin Film Chip Resistors offer up to 700V voltage and provide long-term stability with inorganic passivation. Susumu RGV Resistors provide 25ppm/C temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and 0.1% resistance tolerance. These 0.25W resistors offer a 120k to 3MO resistance range and are ideal for use in automotive electronics, industrial measurement, and high-voltage circuits.

Details

Susumu's thin film resistors are based on thin film technology, where a thin layer of resistive material is deposited onto a substrate. This technology allows for precise control of resistance values and offers high stability and accuracy. Forming a uniform thin film layer by using original thin film deposition technology. This highly sofisticated technology realizes the stable electric characteristics, less the over-time drift and high-precision by the non-turbulence ideal electronic flow. All products originated from RG series are protected agaist high humidity and harsh environment by inorganic passivation technology, and realize its long-term stability and high reliability.
