Harimatec Inc. is a global solder manufacturer supplying to various industries. In June 2022, Harima Chemicals Group acquired the Henkel solder business. The acquisition of Henkel solder business will make the solder line up even stronger. Harimatec Inc. will continue to supply the same Henkel solder products without any change in formula. For the first 1-2 years, until June 2024, Henkel will manufacture the products for Harimatec Inc. Within the 1-2 years timeframe, Harimatec Inc. will plan to manufacture the products in house and complete all customers qualification during this period. To make it easier for our customers, there will be no change in Henkel part numbers. Multicore Harima will continue to use the same part numbers that Henkel used.
Harimatec's customers are premier suppliers of Automotive & Electronics Industries based in USA as well as in other countries in America and around the world. Harimatec's products are developed at the Central Reseach Laboratory in Japan using latest chemical engineering. Raw materials (chemical substances and mixtures) are imported from suppliers in EU and Japan, and their products are manufactured with high quality control standard in Harimatec's factories.
Harima Chemicals Group is a chemical manufacturer built on products developed using pine chemical resources like rosin, fatty acids, turpentine and other materials all obtained from pine trees. Harimatec transforms those key active ingredients obtained from pine trees into daily essentials. Harimatec's products are used in a wide range of fields from resin for printing ink, paints and adhesives, to emulsifier for synthetic rubber, chemicals for paper production, and solder used by automotive & electronic appliances. The list of indispensable everyday products, all derived in some way from the pine tree, is all around us.
