Spacellite & Spacellite-Commercial 10 kRad N-Channel MOSFETs
The Spacellite N-Channel MOSFETs are an 11A, 225V devices, radiation tested and certified to 10kRads, designed to meet radiation effects experienced by satellite applications. Packaged in the TO-220FP package, this device meets radiation specifications ideal for LEO (low earth orbit) applications at a reduced cost while meeting exceptionally high quality and reliability standards.
