- Measurement Specialties, Inc is now part of TE Connectivity. These sensors are used for engine and vehicle, medical, general industrial, consumer and home appliance, military/aerospace, water monitoring, and test and measurement applications. On September 30, 2011, the Company acquired Celesco Transducer Products Inc. In September 2013, Measurement Specialties Inc announced the completion of the acquisition of the capital stock of Sensotherm Temperatursensorik GmbH, a German limited company, and Secon Kft. (together, Sensotherm).
