RIVERSIDE, Calif., April 17, 2023 - Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components for power, protection, and sensing solutions, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, BE Services Company, Inc., has acquired all of the assets of Riedon Inc. ("Riedon"), including Riedon's manufacturing operations in Alhambra, California and in Tecate, Mexico.
