ROHM produces a variety of resistors, including surface-mount resistors, leaded resistors, and specialized resistors for specific applications. 2022: ROHM reached a final agreement on the transfer of assets related to the tantalum capacitor business to KYOCERA AVX Components Corporation. ROHM transfered the tantalum capacitor business to KYOCERA AVX, a major player in the industry, based on the judgment that the transfer of the business assets will enable them to concentrate resources on their focus areas and at the same time fulfill their responsibility to supply customers. -
