Everlight 5630 Series LEDs
Everlight's 5630 series brings industry-leading performance and reliability to mid-power LEDs for the lighting market. Its LED's low power, high efficacy, and low thermal resistance make it a perfect solution for high-density arrays, strip lighting, and backlighting applications where a more uniform light distribution is desired. The 5630 enables designs for distributed light sources that meet the most demanding color quality requirements. Offered in the full CCT range from 2,700 K to 6,500 K and with a minimum of 80 CRI and 90 CRI offerings, Everlight 5630 is engineered for both consumer and professional lighting applications. Everlight 5630 is optimized for use in decorative and entertainment lighting, light pipes, indicators, backlighting in office and family equipment, and more. It is ideal for efficient and homogeneous lighting applications.
Everlight 5630 series is ultra-thin 5630D mid power LED series (part number 62-217D) especially suited for LED light bars, standard and omni-directional LED light bulbs and LED high power bulbs. Everlight's 62-217D is a standard 5630 package in a 0.5W (150mA) version for 40/60W bulb retrofits and a 0.2W (60mA) version that is suited for light bars. Both white top-view LEDs are compact and ultra-thin (5.6*3.0*0.65 mm LxWxH) and available across a complete ANSI CCT range of 2700K (warm white) to 6500K (cool white). These mid-power LEDs offer a CRI of min. 80Ra and a lumens output of 50lm (WW) and 55lm (CW). The cool white 0.5W version is offered up to 9000K CCT and achieves an efficiency of 115lm/W at 5700K.
The Everlight 0.2W 5630 package has high efficacy, high CRI, low power consumption, wide viewing angle and a compact form factor. The size of 5630 LED is 5.6*3.0mm, and the size of 5050 LED is 5.0*5.0mm. The 5050 LED size is larger than that of 5630 LED, but a larger size does not always mean brighter light. The light output of LED SMD 5630 is much more than that of the 5050 LED. 5050 LED with 60 LEDs per meter can produce 1000 lumens (single LED is 60 mA @ 2.8-3.4 V); while 5630 SMD LED can produce 1300 lumens (single LED is 70mA @ 2.8-3.4 V). It means that a single 5630 LED have more brightness than 5050 LED, and they are all 95 CRI, suitable for staircase lighting and building lighting.
