Return merchandise authorization (RMA)

In order to initiate the return of a product for refund, repair or replacement, it is necessary to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from the RMA Department. To request an RMA number, you can either fill out the RMA Number Request form or reach out to your IBS Electronics representative, typically your regional sales representative.

Our RMA process includes a pre-authorization step to ensure efficient and effective service for your returned merchandise. This helps us provide the best possible support for your specific case.

Your unique RMA number will serve as the reference for your case and should be used in all communications with IBS Electronics regarding the return.
